The chalets were fantastic! They were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and the water was crystal clear. Plus, there was a fun forest area with play areas that our whole family enjoyed. And the location was perfect, right at the entrance of the city.

The reception staff was not very friendly and seemed to always be looking for ways to charge more money. This was a bit of a letdown after such a great stay.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a decent experience with a few good aspects at this hotel. the swimming pool was undoubtedly the best feature, as it was enormous, clean, and well-maintained. It was a perfect spot to beat the winter blues and relax with friends. Another great aspect was the well-designed forest area with different play areas, which gave us a chance to enjoy some outdoor activities and bond with each other. the hotel was conveniently located, close to a popular attraction and easy to reach.

the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, giving us the impression that they were annoyed by our presence.

Located near a vineyard, this leisure complex offers clean and comfortable rooms equipped with great amenities like a cosy welcome kit, clean bathrooms with a good supply of hot water and a stable Wi-Fi connection. the chalets have a lovely view of the pine forest, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the huge swimming pool, play areas, and open space gives a great opportunity for children to have fun and stay safe.

The reception staff could have been more cooperative and amiable towards guests.
